摘要
目的:观察耳针配合百会穴针刺治疗紧张性头痛。方法:将符合入选标准的60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用耳针配合百会穴针刺治疗,对照组单用散利痛治疗,均治疗4周;于治疗前及治疗后1、2、3、4周末记录前1周头痛发作次数、持续时间和头痛程度,计算头痛指数,同时用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分。结果:治疗组头痛指数明显降低(P<0.01,)同时能显著减少HAMD及HAMA得分(P<0.05,)与对照组比较差异显著,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:耳针配合百会穴针刺治疗紧张性头痛疗效明确,具有较重要临床意义。
Objeetive：Balhui ear with tension headache treated with acupuncture. Method：Met the inclusion criteria, 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases treated with auricular acupuncture with Baihui the control group alone Saridon treatment, were treated for 4 weeks; in the treatment of 1,2,3,4 weekend before and after treatment 1 week before recording the number of headache attacks, duration and degree of headache, headache index calculated, while the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale （HAMD） and Hamilton Anxiety Scale （RAMA） score. The treatment group headache index was significantly lower （P 〈0.01）, while significantly reducing HAMD and HAMA scores （P 〈0.05）, compared with control group significantly different clinical effects of the treatment group than the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：Auricular acupuncture with Baihui clear effect of treatment of tension headache, with the more important clinical significance.
