摘要
唐小说中的公案小说涉及法律问题的为数众多。本文选取了诉讼观念这个具有现代意义的问题进行论析,对唐代小说中的诉讼描写进行了归纳分析,探讨了唐人的诉讼观念。
In the fictions in Tang Dynasty,there were so many related to legal problems.This essay will discuss the lawsuit,sum up the statement of the lawsuit in Tang fiction to discuss the opinion on lawsuit.
