摘要
构建基于胜任力的高校教师绩效管理体系是将胜任力研究成果应用于高校内部管理的一种尝试,它将教师的行为表现纳入绩效考核的范围,有效地解决了高校教师工作不易量化的问题,同时也有利于教师确立自我发展的目标,从而实现教师发展与学校发展的统一。
Constructing the performance management system based on the competency of college teachers is an attempt, which is for applying the research findings of competency in the inner management of college. The system brings teachers' behavior into the scope of performance appraisal, which can measure the performance of college teachers more accurately. Simuhaneously, competency model provides an excellence objective criterion for personal development of the teachers.
