摘要
文章提出了面向智能电网的继电保护在线应用系统的构想,该系统由继电保护在线校核、在线整定、运行风险评估和保护装置定值管理等功能组成。介绍了继电保护在线应用系统的功能组成和基本结构,分析探讨了继电保护在线应用系统的基本技术支撑和功能实现方法或注意事项。
An on-line application system of protective relay for smart grid is proposed,which consists of protective relay on-line setting verifying,on-line setting calculation,on-line operating risk assessment and settings management.Firstly,the functional components and integral framework of the on-line application system are introduced,then,the essential technology support and function implementation of the application system are analyzed and discussed.The on-line application system of protective relay which makes full use of real-time information of power grid can make up for the limitation of off-line application systems and is good for the safe operating of protection relays and the entire power grid.
