摘要
以医院信息化网络平台为支撑,建立科学、高效的护理绩效分配体系。通过工时测定并参考技术含量、劳动风险等因素研制护理工作量统计软件应用系统。综合工作量、科室绩效和护理质量计算各护理单元津贴总额。通过人均绩效、岗位系数、年资职称系数和出勤天数等,发放护理人员个人津贴。护士绩效津贴的信息化管理使工作量大、技术要求高、责任重的护理岗位价值得以体现,建立了良好的激励机制,提高了现代护理管理水平。
In order to establish a scientific and effective distribution system of nursing performance supported by hospital information internet platform, we developed nursing workload statistics software which was determined by the measurement of nursing working hour, technical content of work and labor risk factors. The nursing unit total income was calculated by unit workload, department performance and quality of nursing care. Then through the per capita performance, position coefficient, years and title coefficient and attendance days, the nurses' personal performance was also calculated. The information management of nursing performance reflected the value of nursing post by heavy workload, high technical requirements and high responsibility. It could develop a motivating mechanism and improve the management level of modern nursing.
