介绍了凝血指标的测定方法及原理，通过对凝血机刺的深入认识，相应介绍了影响测量结果的干扰因素及采取的相应对策，为临床提供更加准确可靠的认识与判断，对医学检验学中凝血杌理的发展认识也有很高的参考价值。
The determinations of coagulation method and principle are introduced, By in - depth understanding of clotting mechanism, accordingly interference factors affecting the measurement results pi＇esented disturbance are introduced , and advises for solving the problems are gived. In result , more accurate and reliable clinical data of coagulation is provided. The principles of coagulation analyzer alse have great reference value in understanding the development of coagulation mechanisms in medical laboratory science.
