摘要
通过对我国电网运行安全性的分析,提出了一套较完整的电网安全评价指标体系,该体系从结构安全、运行安全、可靠性、充裕性四个方面进行构建,该指标体系能够科学、全面地反映电网的安全水平,为电网安全应急技术措施的制定提供量化依据.利用逼近理想点法建立了评价模型,对电网运行安全性进行综合评价。最后以5个地区电网为例,说明了所提指标体系的合理性和方法的实用性。
According to the analysis of the safety of power grid operation in China,A relatively complete power grid security assessment index system,which includes structural safety,operation safety,re liability and abundance,is proposed.The proposed index system can reflect security level of power grid reasonably and overall to offer quantificational basis for drafting emergency measures for power grid security.The technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS) is used to evaluate the safety of power grid operation.Finally,taking five local grid for example,the reasonableness and practicability of the proposed index system and method are verified.
