摘要
目前国内的风电调度管理技术尚不成熟,研究风电并网的在线预警系统对含大规模风电并网的电力系统安全稳定运行具有重要的现实意义。基于风电并网的功率预测、潮流计算、无功优化等关键问题研究,提出了风电并网在线预警系统的设计构想,并以DIgSILENT/PowerFactory软件为计算核心,完成该系统的研制与开发。所开发的的风电并网预警系统能预测风电并网区域主要监测节点电压以及线路潮流趋势并作安全评估,如果线路潮流越限,系统预警并进行风电场有功调节计算;如果节点电压越限,系统预警并进行风电场无功优化计算。算例分析以及实际运行结果表明该系统实现了风电并网在线预警的功能,从而对大型风电场的调度管理及电网安全运行具有重要意义。
Currently, the domestic dispatching management of wind power technology is not yet mature, so researching the online early-warning System of large,scale wind power integration has urgent and practical significance for the stable operation of power system. According to the research on key issues such as wind power prediction, power flow calculation and reactive power optimization,r this paper proposes design concept of the online early-warning system of wind power integration, and then develops the system on the basis of the software DIgSILENT/PowerFactory. The system can predict nodes voltage and lines current trend with security assessment, if the lines current exceeds the limit value, the system warns and calculates the active power regulation of wind farm; if the nodes voltage exceeds the limit value, the system warns and calculates the reactive power optimization of wind farm. Analysis of the calculating cases and the results of practical application prove that the system realizes the online early-warning function of wind power integration, and is significant to the dispatching management of large-scale wind faxm and safe operation of the power system.
