氮化硼填充聚酰亚胺复合材料的制备及其亚胺化的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用原位聚合法制备聚酰亚胺/氮化硼(PI/BN)复合材料,并对其进行表征分析。通过一系列不同偶联剂、催化剂含量等合成参数的优化,得到最佳性能的薄膜。采用称重法对薄膜的亚胺化及固化程度进行测定,黏度法对聚合物分子量的测定,使用FTIR,DSC和TG对单体、制备过程及最终复合材料的结构和热性能进行表征分析。结果表明,聚酰亚胺复合薄膜中无机组分的加入不仅能使薄膜的强度提高,热性能也明显提高。 Polyimide/boron nitride composite (PI/BN composite) materials was prepared by in situ polymerization method, and with DSC, TG, IR analysis of the monomer, the preparation process and the final composite materials were analyzed and characterized. Different content of coupling agents and catalysts, as well as a series of in situ polymerization process for preparation of PI/BN composite were studied. The best performance of the film was prepared by optimized a series of synthesis parameters, such as coupling agent content and catalyst content. The imidization and the curing degree of the films were measured by weighing method, and the molecular weight of polymer was determinated by viscosity method. The structure and thermal properties of film were characterized by FFIR, DSC and TG. The results showed that the poly- imide film by adding inorganic components not only made the film strength, but also the thermal performance improved markedly.
