维A酸联合联苯苄唑治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎的临床探讨 被引量：1

摘要 目的:观察口服维A酸治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎的临床效果。方法:治疗组30例,口服维A酸胶囊10 mg,2次/天,同时外用1%联苯苄唑软膏,1次/天,连续治疗4周。对照组25例,外用1%联苯苄唑软膏,方法及疗程同治疗组。结果:治疗组治愈率70.00%,总有效率为93.33%,真菌清除率为100.00%,复发率为9.52%;对照组治愈率36.00%,总有效率为68.00%,真菌清除率为76.00%,复发率为44.44%。两组治愈率、总有效率、真菌清除率和复发率比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口服维A酸联合外用1%联苯苄唑较单用联苯苄唑治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎的疗效好,复发率低。
