三相分离器测气孔板的快速选择方法

摘要 为了取得快速选取三相分离器测气孔板尺寸的方法,统计了历年来天然气井测气实际生产数据,根据天然气产量与上游压力在不同油嘴控制下存在的线性关系,运用最小二乘法拟合天然气产量与上游压力的线性方程,得出天然气产量估算经验公式;根据三相分离器测气公式,求出孔板尺寸与天然气产量关系。施工时即可利用估算经验公式计算出的气产量和实际分离器操作压力,在孑L板尺寸与天然气产量关系表中快速选择合适的测气孔板。 In order to obtain the method of fast choosing the size of gas-metering orifice in three-phase separator, the actual production data in natural gas well tests for every year are summarized. According to the linear relation between gas production and upstream pressure under the conditions of different oil chokes, the estimated empirical formula is established with the help of least square fitting with the linear equation between natural gas production and upstream pressure ; by the gas-metering formula of three-phase separator, the relation table between orifice size and gas production is drown. When operating, gas production and actual work pressure of the separator can be calculated by the estimated empirical formula, the suitable gas-metering orifice can be fast chosen based on the relation table between orifice sizes and gas productions.
