摘要
目的了解上海市松江区公立医疗机构医生对收支两条线管理与绩效考核制度的认知与评价情况。方法采用医生填写自行设计调查问卷的方法开展调查。结果 58.8%的区级医院医生和80.8%的社区卫生服务中心医生支持收支两条线管理与绩效考核制度。结论上海市松江区公立医疗机构医生对收支两条线管理与绩效考核制度大多表示支持,但相关的财政补偿机制、绩效考核指标体系和收入分配制度仍需进一步完善。
OBJECTIVE To learn doctors' awareness and evaluation about the separation of revenue and expenditure and performance appraisal in public medical institutions in Songjiang District.METHOD Designed questionnaire were filled by doctors to acquire needed information.RESULTS 58.8% district hospital doctors and 80.8% community health service centre doctors supported the policy of separation of revenue and expenditure and performance appraisal.CONCLUSION Most doctors of public medical institutions in Songjiang District showed their support to the policy of separation of revenue and expenditure and performance appraisal,however,related mechanism of financial compensation,index system of performance appraisal and the policy of income distribution still need to be further improved.
