摘要
本试验研究了盐酸双氟沙星对SD大鼠的致畸性。剂量分别为300m g/kg b.w .; 150m g/kgb.w . 和50m g/kg b.w .,于大鼠受孕7 至15d 经口给药,300m g/kg b.w . 和150m g/kg b.w .剂量的盐酸双氟沙星显著影响胚胎的生长发育,引起胎鼠死亡和骨骼畸形,其严重程度具有剂量效应关系。
The teratogenicity of difloxacin hydrochloride in SD rats is discussed at the dosage of 300,150,50mg/kg b.w. for mated female rats by administering orally on the days of 7 to 15 of gestation. The results suggested that difloxacin hydrochloride affected embryo development significantly at the dosage of 300mg/kg and 159mg/kg by causing fetuses dead and skeletal malformation. The severity of the embryo/fetal toxicity has effective relation to the dose.
