血清载脂蛋白B、载脂蛋白B载/脂蛋白A1值与冠状动脉病变的相关性分析 被引量:12

Correlation of serum ApoB level and ApoB/ApoA1 ratio with coronary artery atherosclerotic lesion

摘要 目的:研究血清载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、载脂蛋白B载/脂蛋白A1(ApoB/ApoA1)值与冠脉粥样硬化病变及其严重程度的关系。方法:500例行冠脉造影检查的住院患者根据冠脉造影结果分为冠心病组(CHD组,206例)和对照组(294例),比较血清ApoB、ApoB/ApoA1值在两组中的变化,分析ApoB、ApoB/ApoA1值与颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)、冠脉病变支数及狭窄严重程度的相关性。结果:CHD组血清ApoB[(1.02±0.25)vs(0.86±0.22).gL-1,P<0.05]和ApoB/ApoA1值(0.94±0.50vs0.78±0.21,P<0.05)显著高于对照组;ApoB(r=0.46,P<0.01)、ApoB/ApoA1值(r=0.52,P<0.01)与IMT呈显著正相关,与冠脉病变支数(ApoB:r=0.29,P<0.05;ApoB/ApoA1:r=0.42,P<0.01)及狭窄程度(ApoB:r=0.32,P<0.01;ApoB/ApoA1:r=0.38,P<0.01)亦呈显著正相关。结论:ApoB、ApoB/ApoA1值与冠心病发病及冠脉病变程度密切相关,反映了动脉粥样硬化的程度。 Objective: To investigate the correlation of serum apolipoprotion B(ApoB) levels and apolipoprotion B/apolipoprotion A1(ApoB/ApoA1) ratio with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods: A total of 500 hospitalized patients were divided into CHD group(n=206) and control group(n=294),according to the results of coronary angiography(CAG).The changes of serum ApoB levels and ApoB/ApoA1 ratios were investigated between CHD and the control group.Correlation and regression analysis were applied to find the correlation between serum ApoB levels,ApoB/ApoA1 ratio and the carotid IMT,the vessels narrowed and narrowing degree in CHD.Results: ApoB[(1.02±0.25)vs(0.86±0.22)g·L-1,P0.05] ApoB/ApoA1 ratio(0.94±0.50 vs 0.78±0.21,P0.05)were significantly higher in CHD group than in the control group,the ApoA1 changed inversely;Correlation analysis showed that ApoB(r=0.46,P0.01),ApoB/ApoA1(r=0.52,P0.01) ratio were positively correlated to the carotid IMT.Among patients with CHD,ApoB,ApoB/ApoA1 were also positively correlated to the narrowing vessel number(ApoB:r=0.29,P0.05;ApoB/ApoA1: r=0.42,P0.01) and the narrowing degree(ApoB:r=0.32,P0.01;ApoB/ApoA1:r=0.38,P0.01).The positive correlation was found with ApoA1.Conclusion: The Serum ApoB levels,ApoB/ApoA1 ratio are significantly correlated with CHD,reflecting the severity of CHD and the degree of atherosclerosis,which indicates extent of coronary lesions.
