摘要
结合公共安全领域的指挥通信需求,提出一种基于陆地集群无线电(TETRA)数字集群无线通信技术的整体应用解决方案。简要介绍了TETRA系统特点及其典型业务。描述了公共安全领域以TETRA数字集群通信为基础的典型公共安全指挥通信系统总体方案设计和实现,并重点描述了各子系统的功能、组成及其设计方法和实现思路,实现了公共安全指挥通信系统的信息融合,提高了其集中指挥和协同作战能力。
Considering the communication requirements of the public security field, an overall application solution, which is based on the Terrestrial Tnmked Radio （TETRA） digital trunked radio communications technology, is presented. The system characteristics and typical services of TETRA are briefly introduced; the design and implementation of a typical public security command and communication system for the public security field, which is based on TETRA digital trunked radio communications, is described; and the features, composition, design methods, and implement ideas of the different subsystems are specially described, through which the information integration of public security command and eommunicatian system is realized, and the capability for centralized command and coordinative operation is improved.
