摘要
在换流站集中检修过程中,发现330 kV换流变压器阀侧套管顶部有渗油痕迹,套管法兰根部存在不同程度的硅橡胶鼓包变形。针对这一问题,认真分析故障原因,在场地狭小、外部环境复杂的情况下,制定可行的技术措施,拆除降噪墙、一次引线、二次电缆和阀厅封堵,从运行位置牵引出换流变压器,抽出换流变压器绝缘油,采用链条葫芦调整倾斜角方法,实施阀侧套管抢修更换。全部更换完成后,进行换流变压器抽真空和真空注油,达到试验条件后开展常规试验和特殊试验,合格后进行复装就位。实践证明此方法可行。
In the overhaul of the converter station, the valve side bushing top of the 330 kV converter transformer is discovered leaking oil. There is also bulging and distortion shown on the bushing root rubber. The reason of the fault is analyzed. With the difficulties including narrow space, complex environment and limited time, the repair procedures are performed effectively. The noise reduction wall, high-voltage line, secondary cable and valve hall block is removed. The converter transformer is pulled out from the operation position. The insulating oil is drawn from the converter transformer and then the bushing is replaced by adjusting the angle with the chain block. The oil in converter transformer is vacuumized first and then refilled. The normal test and special test is conducted. The converter transformer is reassembled and placed after passed the test. The experience is useful for future similar problems.
