摘要
洞庭湖与江河相通,其生命的兴衰与水沙过程密切相关。文中将洞庭湖系统视为湖泊系统,探讨洞庭湖系统功能健康内涵及其表征指标体系。研究认为:①洞庭湖是一个由其形态系统功能﹑生态系统功能和社会经济服务系统功能所构成的有机整体。在这个有机整体中,水沙过程是湖泊系统各项功能之间相互联系的纽带;②水沙过程与湖泊系统功能及其健康状态之间存在着对应的因果关系,因此只有湖泊的形态系统功能﹑生态系统功能和社会经济服务系统功能均健康,洞庭湖才算是健康的;③洞庭湖健康的标准反映了人类在不同社会经济背景下对湖泊系统各项功能均衡发挥状态的认识程度,显然,它并非一个具有严格定义的科学指标,而是可作为湖泊管理的目标和评估工具;④基于管理目标和湖泊健康内涵,在现阶段社会经济背景下表征洞庭湖系统功能健康的主要指标共19项,分别是湖泊形态系统功能健康8项﹑生态系统功能健康5项﹑社会经济服务系统功能健康6项。
Dongting Lake is connected with many rivers,its life is closely related with flow-sediment processes.In the paper,Dongting Lake is regarded as a system,its functions,health connotations and characteristic indexes are analyzed,as the characterization of the system functions and the lake health are integrated into that of flow-sediment processes.（1）From the point of view of nature-human system,Dongting Lake is an organic entirety consisting of morphology system,ecosystem and socio-economic service system,where flow-sediment processes serve as the link between the functions of the systems.（2）There is a close relationship between flow-sediment processes and system functions as well as the health of the lake.Only when the functions of morphology system,ecosystem and socio-economic service system are healthy can Dongting Lake be healthy.（3）The health of Dongting Lake depends on the understanding of human beings about the equilibrium development of every function of the lake systems.Obviously,it is not a strict scientific definition but a goal and an assessing tool for lake management.（4）Based on the management goals and lake health connatations,21 indexes are used to characterize the health of the system functions of Dongting Lake under present socio-economic conditions,in which 10 for morphology system,5 for ecosystem,and 6 for socio-economic service system.
