摘要
对锦屏藤、南瓜、炮仗花、菝葜4种植物的卷须及茎的微观形态特征进行解剖和比较分析。结果表明:卷须与茎之间、茎卷须与叶卷须之间在解剖学上既有相关性,又各有其自身的特征。其相关性表现在:茎的内部结构大体上决定着其卷须的内部结构,充分体现卷须是来源于着生在茎上的侧枝或叶的变态;但茎的内部结构组成在数量上比其卷须更丰富;茎卷须中央髓部细胞具有的后含物比叶卷须少,并能特化成髓腔而叶卷须没有髓腔的出现,但不管茎是否具有次生结构,叶卷须和茎卷须只有初生结构。因此利用解剖学特征,可辅助解决某些仅靠形态学性状难以解决的分类鉴定问题,为判断卷须的变态来源提供参考依据。
Using Cissus sicyoides,Cucurbita moschata, Pyrostegia venusta and Smilax china as samples,the anatomical structures of the tendrils and stems of 4 plant species were observed under light microscope. The results between stems and tendrils showed that 4 plant species share some common anatomical characters. The internal structure of stem tendril and leaf tendril is largely determined by their stems of internal structure, which fully embodies that tendrils arc abnormal organs derived from lateral branches or leaves.But the internal structure compositions of stem tend to be richer than their tendrils. The main difference between sterm tendrils and leaf tendrils is as follows: the central myelocyte of stem tendrils has fewer ergastic substances than leaf tendrils. Besides, the central myelocyte of stem tendrils tend to specialize into medullary cavity,but the leaf tendrils didn't.What's more,no matter whether stems have secondary structure,the stem tendrils and leaf tendrils only have primary structure. Consequently,microscopic characteristics can also be used to resolve some difficult problems of taxonomy only based on morphological analysis, and to deduce the abnormal condition sources between stem tendrils and leaf tendrils.
