摘要
针对表面式永磁电机齿槽结构复杂,应用传统许克变换法很难精确计算电机磁场分布的问题,将表面式永磁电机气隙磁场分为定子绕组和永磁体产生的气隙磁场两部分。应用许克变换工具箱将电机不规则空气间隙转化为几何上简单区域,分析电机定子绕组产生的气隙磁场。将永磁体等效为线电流,借助许克变换工具箱分析永磁体产生的气隙磁场。将定子绕组和永磁体产生的气隙磁场叠加得到表面式永磁电机气隙磁场,将其计算结果与有限元仿真结果进行对比,得出利用许克变换来分析表面式永磁电机气隙磁场是准确的。
For the difficult slot configuration of surface-mounted permanent magnet (SMPM) motors, the conventional Schwarz-Christoffel (SC) transformation failed to give accurate results due to some significant simplifications. The paper presented the air gap magnetic field distribution from the armature winding cur- rents in the slotted air gap and permanent magnet of SMPM motors using the SC transformation. A slotted structure of SMPM motors was translated into a geometrically simpler domain utilizing SC toolbox, and the magnetic field distribution from the armature winding currents was analyzed. The permanent magnets were represented by a number of line currents, and the magnetic field distribution from the permanent magnet was analyzed The air gap magnetic field distribution of SMPM motors was analyzed. The results were com- pared with the finite element method (FEM), and the accuracy of the method was verified
