摘要
政治信任主要指民众对政治系统的信任,学界从制度、社会文化、威权主义三种视角对其起源进行了解释。现有的研究表明,政治信任是有结构的,在中国,这种结构表现为从上至下逐次递减的层级差异,在美国则反之。众多学者的进一步测量显示,受政治、经济、文化等多种因素的影响,从20世纪60年代中期开始,公众对发达工业化国家的政治信任度一直呈下滑趋势,这种下滑在亚洲国家尤其是中国却不明显。尽管如此,我们还是应该认真对待并采取措施解决我国政治信任的层级差异,积极探索政治信任理论的本土化,构建适合我国政治信任的模式与运行机制,提升民众的信任水平。
Political trust mainly means to the people＇s trust of political system and scholars explained its origin with three views of system,social culture,authoritarian.It shows that political trust is structured.Generally speaking,in China,this structure shows gradually decreasing from top to bottom.However,the americans are on the contrary.Further measurements show that,from the 60s of 20th century,impacted by political economic,cultural and other factors,the public political trust to advanced industrialized countries has been a decreasing trend,but the decline in Asian countries,especially in China is not obvious.Nevertheless,we should seriously take steps to resolve the differences in the level of political trust,explore actively the localization of political trust theory,construct suitable measures for China＇s political trust model and operation mechanism and upgrade the trust level.
