摘要
本文通过分析世界铁矿石的供需情况、世界贸易情况以及我国进口铁矿石的情况,指出我国应该转变当前通过贸易方式利用海外铁矿资源而转为以对外直接投资为主,然后针对我国海外投资铁矿资源所遇到的问题提出了相应的对策。
Through analyzing the iron ore＇s supplyan d demand condition in the world,the trade situation and China＇s import on the iron ore,we find that China should change the way of using overseas iron ore from trade to foreign direct investment.At last,based on the analysis of the problems in the overseas investing,directions of iron ore investment and some suggestion were put forward.
