摘要
目的:了解近年来抗抑郁中草药的研究进展,为今后的相关研究工作提供依据。方法:查阅国内外文献并对其进行整理、分析和总结。结果:具有抗抑郁作用的中草药主要有贯叶连翘、柴胡、石菖蒲、巴戟天、银杏叶、合欢花、积雪草、罗布麻、槟榔、刺五加、人参等。结论:中医药临床在治疗各种原因引起的抑郁症及其相关症状方面,有着丰富的经验,有可能形成具有自主知识产权的创新药物。
OBJECTIVE： To probe into recent research progress on the antidepressant Chinese herbal drugs so as to provide references for future related research.METHODS： The pertinent literature both at home and abroad were unscrambled,analyzed and summarized.RESULTS： The Chinese herbal medicine with antidepressant action included common St.Johnwort herb with root,Bupleurum chinense,A.tatarinowii shott,Morinda officinalis How,ginkgo leaf,flos albiziae,Centalla asiatica,Apocynum venetum L.,Areca Seed,manyprickle acanthopanax root and Panax ginseng etc.were the major antidepressant Chinese herbal drugs.CONCLUSION： Rich experiences have been gained in tradition Chinese medicine in the clinical treatment of depressive orders induced by different causes and its related symptoms.Original novel antidepressant drug with intellectual property rights is expected to be available hopefully.
