摘要
目的探讨门脉高压症患者脾切除加选择性贲门周围血管离断术的手术配合。方法回顾分析我院2002年2月至2010年11月278例门脉高压症患者脾切除加选择性贲门周围血管离断术手术的术前准备，器械护士、巡回护士的护理配合及配合体会。结果充分的术前准备、特殊物品的准备、对手术步骤的熟悉、敏捷的思维应变能力，以及与手术医生、麻醉医师的默契配合是手术成功的关键。结论良好的围术期护理，能缩短手术时间，提高手术的安全性，也能降低术后的并发症，这也是手术成功的一个重要因素。
Objective To discuss nursing cooperation in the spleen resection with selective cardia peripheral vascular broken surgery of portal hypertension patients. Methods Preoperative preparation, equipment, nurses, visiting nurse nursing cooperate and cooperation experience of 278 patients were collected and analyzed in our hospital from February 2002 to 2010 November, and all the patients were with splenectomy and selective eardia peripheral vascular broken surgery. Results Sufficient preoperative preparation, special equipment for surgical procedure of preparation and familiar to operation, swift thinking capacity, and tacit cooperation of surgical doctors and anesthesiologists were the keys to success. Conclusions Well perioperative care can shorten the time and improve the operation of the safety of the operation, also can reduce postoperative complications, this is also one of the important factors for successful operation.
