摘要
应用MoldFlow软件对3种结构的厚壁塑料制品模具方案进行了注射成型流动模拟分析,对充模时间、熔接痕质量、体积收缩率、气穴以及翘曲变形等进行了比较,分析了每种方案的优缺点,为某企业确定合理的模具结构提供了重要的数据参考。
Injection mould flow of three kinds of thick plastic parts was simulated by MoldFlow software. The simulation results were compared in fill time, weld line quality, volumetric shrinkage, air traps and warp, etc. As a result, merits and shortcomings of every part were found to give an important data reference for a certain enterprise to produce a reasonable mould structure.
