摘要
目的总结35例侧脑室肿瘤的主要临床表现、手术入路,探讨侧脑室脑膜瘤的手术入路选择原则,以提高侧脑室肿瘤的全切率,减少并发症,改善手术效果。方法对35例侧脑室肿瘤进行回顾性分析,本组按肿瘤中心部位不同分别采用不同的手术入路,运用显微外科手术切除肿瘤。结果手术全切肿瘤25例,大部分切除8例,部分切除2例,无手术死亡。结论根据肿瘤的大小、位置、血液供应以及有无脑积水等综合考虑,选择合适的手术入路,合理运用显微手术技术切除侧脑室肿瘤,可获得良好的手术效果。
Objective To summarize the clinical symptoms,operative approaches of 35 lateral ventricular tumors,and explore the selection of the surgical approaches for lateral ventricle tumors,for increasing the total removal rate,lowering operative complications and improving operative therapeutic efficiency.Methods 35 cases with lateral ventricular tumors were analyzed retrospectively.Various approachs were taken according to the locations of tumor centers.Results 25 cases underwent total removal,8 cases most partial removal and 2 case subtotal removal,with zero mortality.Conclusion To gain the satisfactory operative efficiency,the dimension,the location,the blood supply of the tumors and the commlication of hydrocephlus should all be considered to decide the proper operative approaches.
