摘要
目的观察小切口非乳化白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶状体值入术的效果。方法 600例600眼白内障,均为当地白内障患者,术前检查视力在光感至0.2之间,无手术禁忌证,均行小切口白内障囊外摘除及后房型人工晶体植入术。结果术后第一天视力0.3以上565例,脱残率94.16%。术中、术后并发症:有术中后囊膜破裂致玻璃体溢出4例(0.67%),术后角膜反应性水肿有45例(7.5%),虹膜炎症反应21例(3.5%),前房积血10例(1.67%),暂性高眼压5例(0.83%),经治疗后均已恢复。结论小切口非乳化白内障摘除人工晶体植入术效果可靠,特别是对于基层医院不失为防盲复明手术的主要术式。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect after extracapsular cataract extraction using nonphacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation through small incision.Methods 600 cases（600 eyes） of cataracts from native patients which have preoperative eyesights between LP and 0.2 and have no surgical contraindication.All cases are performed extracapsular cataract extraction combined with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation through small incision.Results First day after operation,there are 565 cases which have eyesights more than 0.3.The rate of coming out disability is 94.16%.Intro and post operation complication： There are 4 cases（0.67%） of vitreous body extravasation due to intro operation capsular rupture,45 cases（7.5%） of post operation corneal edema response,21 cases（3.5%） of iris inflammation,10 cases（1.67%） of hyphema,and 5 cases（0.83%） of temporary high intraocular pressure.All of them are recuperated after treatment.Conclusion It has satisfied effects to treat cataract by Nonphacoemulsification Extracapsular Cataract Extraction through small incision combined with intraocular lens implantation,and it can be regard as a major surgical method to prevent blindness for primary level hospitals.
