Determination of Minor Elements in Lithium Carbonate by ICP-MS

摘要 用ICP-MS测定碳酸锂中微量杂质元素的基本条件,确定了合适的样品处理、分解方法,研究了元素间的干扰。方法检出限K 0.020μg/g,Na 0.025μg/g,Ca 0.009μg/g,Mg 0.010μg/g,SO42-0.050μg/g;加标回收率在94.0%—102.0%,测定精密度RSD 0.5%—2.1%,方法简单、快速、准确、实用。 Basic conditions for determination of minor impurity elements in lithium carbonate was investigated by ICP-MS,the appropriate sample preparation and the decomposition method were determined.The interfere of different elements was studied.The detection limits of method were 0.020μg/g for kalium,0.025μg/g for natrium,0.009μg/g for calcium,0.010μg/g for magnesium,0.050μg/g for sulfate radical.The recovery were between 94.0% and 102.0%.The precision(RSD) were from 0.5% to 2.1%.The method is simple,fast,accurate and practical.
