摘要
目的:观察耳穴贴压配合头针治疗儿童自闭症的疗效。方法:24例自闭症患儿均行耳穴贴压及头针治疗,3个疗程后统计疗效。结果:孤独症行为量表(ABC)总分及躯体运动、感觉、生活自理、语言、交往等5个项目得分较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:耳穴贴压配合头针治疗对提高自闭症患儿的语言、交往、感觉、动作技能及生活自理能力有较好的疗效。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of scalp acupuncture combined with auricular point pressure treating children with autism. Methods：24 children patients with autistic underwent auricular point pressure and scalp acupuncture treatment,clinical efficacy calculated after 3 courses of treatment. Results：The total score of ABC and the score of five items of body movement,sensation,self-care,language and communication significantly decreased compared with that prior to the treatment（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Scalp acupuncture combined with auricular point pressure has a good effect in the treatment of children with autism with improvement of their tongue,communication,perception,motor skills and self-care ability.
