三种不同检验方法对阴道念珠菌的检验比分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨三种检验方法检验阴道念珠菌病的效果比较。方法采集产妇的阴道分泌物,应用显色法、凝集法、PCR技术对结果进行验证鉴定。结果 PCR方法的检出率最高,为96.0%,快速凝集法次之,显色法的检出率最低,PCR方法的检出率都明显高于其他三种方法(P<0.05或0.01)。同时依据PCR电泳图谱,证实其检出率和准确性高。结论 PCR方法操作简单、不需要很昂贵的实验材料和设备,较之传统的培养鉴定方法更为迅速准确,将具有更加广阔的前景。
