摘要
通过石蜡切片法、电镜扫描等方法对丁香属4种植物的叶片进行了解剖学研究。结果表明:4种丁香的叶片均为背腹型叶,但栅栏组织层数、栅海比和主脉结构存在明显的差异性。4种丁香叶片的栅海比排列顺序为红丁香>小叶丁香>暴马丁香>紫丁香;4种丁香叶片的抗旱性红丁香最强,暴马丁香次之,小叶丁香最弱。
The anatomical structures and differences of leaves of four species of Syinga were studied by using the method of paraffin section and Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM). The results showed that: the leaf structures of 4 species were biracial type, but some significant differences exist among the four in the aspects of the number of the palisade tissue, the ratios of palisade tissue to spongy tissue and primary vein structure. The order of the ratio of palisade tissue and spongy tissue in 4 Syringa L. is : Syringa vil- losa 〉 S. microphylla 〉 S. reticulata 〉 S. oblate. The drought-resistant ability of Syringa. Villosa is the strongest among these 4 of Syringa L., the second is S. reticulata, the weakest is S. microphylla.
