摘要
蜂窝陶瓷是乏风瓦斯热逆流氧化技术的关键部件,研究蜂窝陶瓷的阻力特性和换热特性有助于减小整个系统的动力损失。采用数值模拟的方法研究了壁厚对蜂窝陶瓷阻力特性和换热特性的影响。结果表明:对于孔边长、孔型相同的蜂窝陶瓷,在蓄、放热阶段,壁越厚,温度效率越高,阻力损失越大。
Ceramic honeycomb is the key component of thermal flow - reversal reactor, in order to reduce the whole system's power loss, it is necessary to study the resistance loss and heat transfer characters of honeycomb ceramics. Numerical simulation method was used to study the effect of wall thickness on honeycomb ceramic resistance loss and heat transfer characteristics. The conclusion shows that: for honeycomb ceramics with the same hole pattern and the same side length, both in regenerative and exothermal stage, the result is that the wall is thicker, the temperature efficiency is higher; and the resistance loss is larger.
