摘要
目的:探讨食管癌术后并发吻合口瘘患者的护理措施。方法:对2008-01～2009-12本院10例食管癌术后发生吻合口瘘患者在治疗过程中的护理方法进行探索,并对经验进行总结。结果:10例发生吻合口瘘并发症的患者,8例患者均治愈存活,1例患者死于上消化道大出血,1例放弃治疗回家。结论:通过密切观察病情,进行有效的护患沟通,加强基础护理、各种管道护理、营养支持等是提高护理质量、降低死亡率、保证患者治愈的关键。
Objective：To investigate the nursing measures of esophageal cancer patients with postoperative anastomotic leakage.Methods：Summed up the nursing experience of 10 cases with anastomotic leakage after esophagectomy between January 2008 and December 2009.Results：In the 10 cases which complicated with anastomotic leakage,8 cases were cured and survived,1 patient died of upper gastrointestinal bleeding,and 1 gave up treatment back home.Conclusions：It was the key to improve the quality of care,reduce mortality and cure patients through close observation of disease,effective communication between nurses and patients,strengthen basic care and varieties of channels care and nutritional support etc.
