摘要
目的对近年丹参素的药理和药物动力学实验研究作以综述,促进提高对丹参素的研究水平。方法查阅大量国内外文献,总结、提炼和阐明丹参素的研究前景。结果丹参素具有显著的改善血液流变学、降脂质、抑制脂质过氧化、抗肿瘤和脏器损伤保护等药理活性。家兔经灌胃给予丹参素体内药代动力学过程符合单室模型,在主要脏器中均有分布,含量依次为C肾>C肝>C心>C肺>C脑>C脾;丹参素在大鼠体内的生物利用度仅为9.35%,存在吸收不完全或首过效应。结论丹参素作为中药有效分子用于开发治疗心脑血管类疾病的药物具有良好前景,探讨其分子中药组方的药理活性及其药代动力学特征,对于促进中药现代化具有重要意义。
Objective To review recent pharmacological action and pharmacokinetics researches of danshensu(DSS) both domestic and abroad so that to promote increasing the level of study.Methods Recent literatures were summarized and analyzed.Results DSS has significant improvement in blood rheology,lipid lowering,inhibition of lipid peroxidation,anti-tumor and other pharmacological activity.A one-compartment first order absorption model could be used to describe the pharmacokinetics of DSS in rabbit after oral administration.Absolute bioavailability was 9.35%.The concentration profile of DSS in different tissues was Ckidney〉Cliver〉Cheart〉Clung〉Cbrain〉Cspleen.Conclusion DSS extracted from Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.has a good prospect of development for treating coronary heart disease,stroke and other diseases as an active molecule of Chinese medicinal materials.Researches on the pharmacological action and pharmacokinetics have the instruction significance for discovering and modernization of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)
