摘要
采用静水试验方法,研究了硫酸铜、敌百虫、高锰酸钾、漂白粉对大鳞鲃的急性毒性效应。结果得出4种药物对大鳞鲃96 h的LC50值分别为0.65,0.76,4.00,1.12 mg/L,安全浓度分别为0.129,0.234,1.620,0.326 mg/L,对大鳞鲃的毒性由大到小依次为硫酸铜、敌百虫、漂白粉、高锰酸钾。除高锰酸钾的安全浓度与常用浓度相当外,其余3种药物的安全浓度均低于常用质量浓度,表明在大鳞鲃疾病防治中,高锰酸钾可安全使用,其余3种药物均有一定中毒风险,应谨慎使用。
The acute toxicity effects of 4 common drugs(copper sulfate,dipterex,potassium permanganate and bleaching powder) on Barbus capit were tested in still water under normal temperature.The median lethal concentrations(LC 50) at 96 h were found as follows: 0.65 mg/L for copper sulfate,0.76 mg/L for dipterex,4.00 mg/L for potassium permanganate,1.12 mg/L for bleaching powder.The safe concentrations(SC) were 0.129 mg/L,0.234 mg/L,1.620 mg/L and 0.326 mg/L respectively.The descending order of drug toxicity observed was as follows: copper sulfatedipterexbleaching powderpotassium permanganate.The safe concentrations of 3 drugs were lower than their application concentrations,that of potassium permanganate SC was equal to its application concentration.According to the results,potassium permanganate could be used to control the corresponding diseases of Barbus capito,the rest of the drugs should be carefully used to cure the diseases of Barbus capito.
