摘要
妊娠期高血压疾病是妊娠期特有的疾病,是常见的严重危害母婴健康的妊娠并发症,目前其发病机制尚未完全阐明。大量的研究表明,妊娠期高血压疾病是一种多基因遗传病。近年来,随着免疫学和分子生物学技术的迅速发展,妊娠期高血压疾病的病因学研究在基因水平取得巨大进展。现对近来的研究发现进行总结,就妊娠期高血压疾病相关基因的研究现状予以综述。
Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy（HDCP）,which seriously harms the health of expectant mother and fetus,is a complication specifically occurred during pregnancy.The etiology is not thoroughly clear yet.A number of studies indicated that HDCP is a complex genetic disorder resulting from interaction of several genes.Along with the deveopment of techniques of immunology and molecular biotechnology,in recent years,considerable progress has been made in HDCP etiology study on gene level.This review,based on recent studies,is to summarize outcomes of the research on the related genes.
