摘要
概述了计算机辅助测定钢的奥氏体晶粒度的数值模型和方法,在显微镜放大100 倍条件下,晶粒的平均弦值珋l = 1i ∑ii-1li,每645 .16 m m2 面积内晶粒的平均数n =522 .5796/珋l2 ,图像处理系统采用二值化函数和边缘检出与提取的方法进行图像分析和晶粒计数。
It is the numerical value model and method about austenitic crystalline grain of steel auxiliary measured by the computer.On the microscope magnification for 100x condition,the average chord value of grains is =1i∑ii=1l i.In per 645.16?mm 2 area,grain average numbers are n=522.579?6/ 2.The picture treament system adopts two valued truncation,the edge checking and chewing to analyze on the picture and to count on the grains.
