摘要
利用脉冲大电流作用下的电磁感应和能量转换原理,研制出电磁脉冲撞击加载装置,对冲击力大小和冲击速度进行测试和标定。实验表明,该装置使用方便、操作简单,可以施加不同方向的载荷;冲击力大小可调、冲击速度稳定、载荷稳定。该装置已成功地应用在动态光弹性测量,并且得到了半无限板在冲击作用下的光弹性等差线。电磁脉冲撞击加载装置可以同多火花动态光弹仪或脉冲激光器联机使用,便于实验中全系统的自动化控制。
Using the principle of electromagnetic induction and energy transforming under pulse current, the electromagnetic pulse impact-loading instrument is developed. The amplitude of the impact force and the impact speed are measured and calibrated in this study. It is seen that the amplitude of the impact force and the impact speed can be easily regulated. This instrument has been used successfully as the loading unit in the measurement of dynamic photoelasticity. The isochromatic fringe of plate specimen under impact loading is obtained. It has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operating, easy installing and steady performance. As a new loading unit, it can be used synchronously to the multiple spark system or the pulse laser system, also used as the exciter in the vibration measurement.
