摘要
技术价值即技术在与主体、客体及主客体所在环境的相互关系中所产生的效应。技术价值的发现即技术潜在价值的发现,是技术价值活动的首要环节。技术价值的发现过程包含两个方面,一是技术潜在价值的揭示,即技术的自然解蔽;二是技术潜在价值的解读,即技术的自然解码。
Technological values are the impacts and influences （effects） to the subjects, objects and their environmental system emerged in the relations between subjects and objects. Technological value＇s discovery is the one of technological potential values, the first period of technology value activities. Technological discovery has two segments, one is to find out its potential value, that is the technological natural uncover; the other is to understand its potential values, that is the technological natural decode.
