摘要
目的探讨铬及其化合物与噪声联合作用对听力损失的影响。方法选择某化学制品企业同时接触铬酸盐与噪声的人员127名男性为实验组,另选择接触噪声但不接触铬酸盐的91名男性为对照组,采用职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素现场检测和职业健康检查进行综合评价。结果实验组听力损失的发生率为29.1%,对照组为15.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组听力损失发生的相对危险度是对照组2.4倍(P<0.05)。累积噪声量达80 dB(A)及以上时,实验组的RR值(9.094)大于两个变量独立作用之和。结论同时接触铬和噪声可导致听力损失发生率增高,在高强度噪声暴露情况下,铬和噪声对听力损失存在协同作用。
Objective To explore the influence of the joint actions of chromium,its compounds and noises on hearing loss.Methods Totally 127 men who were in touch with both chromate and noises were selected as experimental group.And 91 men who were in touch with noises but not exposed to chromate were selected as control group.Occupational hygiene surveys,field test of occupational hazard factors in the workplace and occupational health examination were used to do the comprehensive evaluation.Results The incidence rate of hearing loss in experimental group was 29.1%,while that in control group was 15.4%.The differences were statistically significant between the two groups(P〈0.05).The RR of hearing loss occurrence for experimental group was 2.4 times greater than control group(P〈0.05).When the cumulative noises reached 80 dB(A) and above,the RR value(9.094) of experimental group was greater than the sum of the independent effects of the two variables.Conclusions The exposure to chromium and noises at the same time can lead to increased incidence of hearing loss.In high-intensity noise exposure,chromium and noises have a synergy effect on the hearing loss.
