摘要
为给光皮树无性系的选择提供科学依据,采用盆栽试验研究了光皮树不同无性系苗木的气孔特性及光合参数。结果表明:无性系之间气孔长度、宽度和密度存在显著差异,气孔密度变化幅度显著大于气孔长度与宽度;无性系之间气孔长度和宽度的变化呈正相关,与气孔密度呈负相关;不同无性系的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度存在显著差异,但胞间CO2浓度和水分利用效率的差异不显著,净光合速率与气孔导度、蒸腾速率呈高度正相关;气孔导度可能是导致无性系净光合速率差异的重要因素。光合参数的聚类分析结果表明,光皮树无性系G02、G16、G17和G21具有较高的光合效率,G20、G23、G24和G35次之,G14和G34较低。
In order to provide a scientific basis for selecting clones in Cornus wilsoniana,stomatal and photosynthetic parameters of seedlings of different clones in C.wilsoniana were studied in a pot experiment.The results showed that stomatal length,width and density were significantly different among clones,and change range of stomatal density was significantly greater than that of stomatal length and width.There was a positive correlation between stomatal length and width,while both of them were negatively correlations with stomatal density.And it was also revealed that net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance were significantly different among clones,while intercellular CO2 concentration,and water use efficiency were not significantly different.And net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate were positively correlated,and stomatal conductance may be an important factor that led to the difference of net photosynthetic rate among clones.By cluster analysis,the clones G02,G16,G17 and G21 were of the higher photosynthetic efficiency,G20,G23,G24 and G35 followed,and G14 and G34 of the lower.
