摘要
目的:建立脉炎消口服液的薄层鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别脉炎消口服液中的黄芩苷,以36%乙酸为展开剂,展开,取出,晾干,置紫外灯下(365nm)下检视。结果:供试品中有黄芩的特征性斑点。结论:脉炎消口服液中有黄芩苷这种有效成分。该薄层色谱的条件可用于该口服液的定性鉴别。
Objective：To establish TLC methed of maiyanxiao oral liquid.Methods：Baicalin was detected by TLC with 36% acetic acid as developing agent.Results：Maiyanxiao oral liquid had the characteristic spot for Scutellaria.Conclusion：Scutellaria is identified in the oral liquid.The conditions of TLC can be used for qualitative identification of the oral liquid.
