摘要
目的探讨美皮康银离子敷料联合维生素B12混合液治疗放射性湿性皮炎感染创面的临床疗效。方法将43例Ⅲ度以上放射性湿性皮炎创面合并感染患者按放疗单、双日分为对照组(n=21)与观察组(n=22)。对照组采用维生素B12混合液治疗皮损处,观察组采用美皮康银离子敷料联合维生素B12混合液治疗。结果治疗3 d观察组疼痛缓解程度显著高于对照组;治疗7 d,观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论美皮康银离子敷料联合维生素B12混合液治疗放射性湿性皮炎感染创面,能有效控制感染,减轻患者疼痛自觉症状,提高治疗效果。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Meipikang silver ion dressing combined with VitB12 intermixture on infected site of radiation-induced moist dermatitis.Methods Totally,43 patients having Ⅲ degree radiation-induced moist dermatitis complicated with infection were divided into a control group(n=21) and an experimental group(n=22) according to the odd or even radiotherapy date.VitB12 intermixture were applied to the affected sites for the control group,while Meipikang silver ion dressing combined with VitB12 intermixture were adopted for the experimental group.Results After three days of treatment,the experimental group presented better pain-relieving effect than the control group(P<0.05).With seven days of treatment,the experimental group had better therapeutic effect than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Meipikang silver ion dressing combined with VitB12 intermixture therapy could effectively control infection,relieve patients′ perceived pain feeling and improve therapeutic effect.
