摘要
目的比较护理人员健康教育能力自评与他评的差异,找出存在的问题,使患者及家属能够切实从健康教育中受益。方法采用自行设计的问卷,按照分层、随机、整群抽样的方法对4所医院676名临床护理人员和411例住院患者进行护理人员健康教育能力问卷调查。结果在176例接受过健康教育的患者中,43例患者认为接受的健康教育效果比较差,70例患者认为效果一般,37例认为效果较好。护理人员健康教育能力总的自评和他评标准得分分别为80.30±8.36、65.39±10.87,自评和他评结果比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论患者对护理人员健康教育能力的评价较低,大部分患者不认可所接受过的健康教育;护理人员健康教育能力的自评和他评存在明显差异,提示护理管理者应继续加强培训,通过多种途径提高护理人员健康教育水平,提升健康教育效果。
Objective To compare the discrepancy between nurses′ self-appraisal and patients′ evaluation of nurses′ health education competence,to disclose the existing problems and to facilitate effective health education targeted to patients and their family.Me-thods Totally,676 clinical nurses and 411 inpatients of four hospitals were surveyed in terms of nursing health education competence through a self-designed questionnaire.We applied stratified,random and cluster sampling in this investigation.Results Among the 176 patients receiving health education,43 of them claimed poor education effects,70 perceived the effect as ordinary,while 37 patients considered the education to be effective.Nurses′ self-appraisal scored 80.30±8.36 in their health education competence,while the patients scored 65.39±10.87 in nurses′ health education competence.The results revealed significant difference(P0.01 for all).Conclusion Nursing health education competence is poorly commented by patients,the majority of whom even disapproved of the education they ever received.Significant difference lies between nurses′ self-appraisal and patients′ evaluation of nurses′ health education competence,which indicates the needs for future training of nurses.It is high time for nursing administrators to adopt multiple countermeasures,so as to enhance nurses′ health education awareness and to improve the effect of health education.
