摘要
目的:了解北京市三甲医院急诊科护士技术培训情况和对技术资格准入管理的了解及态度,为今后进一步规范和完善急诊护理技术准入管理提供参考。方法:设计"急诊科护士技术资格准入认知情况调查表",采用方便抽样法,调查北京市9所三甲医院急诊科134名护士。结果:47.76%的护士对"技术资格准入"的概念有所了解;88.81%的护士认为急诊科应有明确的护理技术操作资格准入制度;急诊护士认为实施有创和新护理技术操作资格准入的要求或依据排在前五位的依次为专科理论与技术培训、技术操作考核合格、取得资格证书、理论考核合格、上级护理人员指导下完成一定数量的操作例数;技术培训目前主要以科室、医院和学会组织的不定期业务培训和短期集中培训为主。70.90%护士对之前参加过的培训表示满意,44%以上护士培训后绩效有提高;95.52%的急诊护士希望今后继续接受技术培训。结论:目前北京三甲医院急诊护理技术培训情况基本满意,但仍有提高空间。各医院已经启动了技术资格准入方面的管理和培训,此项管理也已得到大多数急诊护士的认同,但距离规范的、上升到法规层面的管理还有相当的差距。
Objectives： To understand status of nursing technology training and the attitude and awareness of technology admittance in emergency department in tertiary hospitals in Beijing and to give reference for further standard and complete emergency nursing technology admittance management.Methods： Questionnaire about awareness of emergency department nursing technology qualification admittance was designed.134 nurses in emergency department in 9 tertiary hospitals in Beijing were selected by convenience sampling.Result： 47.76% of the emergency department＇s nurses have a certain expression of the technology admittance concept.88.81% of the emergency department＇s nurses believe that implementation of nursing technology admittance management,basic and specialist care quality will be improved.Most of the technology training is organized by department,hospital and medical association.70.9% of nurses are satisfied with the training and 44% of the nurses have improved their nursing performance.95.2% of the nurses hope to have further technology training.Conclusions： emergency technology training in tertiary hospital in Beijing is qualified but can be further complete.Hospitals have carried out management and training of technology qualification admittance.Most of the emergency nurses are agree with this institution,but compare to normal and standard regulation,there is still large gap.
