摘要
缩短平均住院日可提高床位利用率和周转次数,使医院有限的资源为更多的病人服务,从而提高医院的工作效率和质量。本文采取一对一访谈、封闭式问卷的调查方法,对患者和医护人员进行影响平均住院日因素的问卷调查,运用SPSS等工具,对调查结果进行相关分析、逐步回归分析,找出影响平均住院日的主要因素。针对院内可控因素,提出缩短平均住院日的具体措施,包括:医院科学配置病房,科室统筹安排床位,制定合理的平均住院日标准,优化医疗服务流程,健全缩短平均住院日的激励机制,大力开展新业务、新技术,强化单病种管理,开展临床路径,提高医疗技术水平和服务效能;针对政策影响因素,提出政策建议。Research on shortening average length of stay and improving service efficiency/WANG Meiying//Chinese Hospitals.-2011,15(7)
Shortening average length of stay can promote bed utilization rate and turnovers,so the limited resources can provide more service for patients and hospital efficiency and quality is also improved.To investigate influence factors of average length of stay,in-depth interview and questionnaire are carried out on patients,doctors and nurses.Correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis are used to fond main factor that influences average length of stay by SPSS.Directed at controllable factors,countermeasures are discussed.First,scientifically allocates wards and coordinately arranges beds and rationally set average length of stay.Second,establish incentive mechanism of shortening average length of stay and optimize service process,which includes carrying out new service item,new technology,strengthening single disease management,developing clinical pathway,improving medical technology and service efficiency.Policy recommendations are also presented aimed at policy factors.
