摘要
[目的]论述五味子与南五味子的鉴别。[方法]查阅文献,从基源、地理分布、外观性状、显微结构、化学成分等几个方面论述两种五味子的区别。[结果]五味子与南五味子从基源、地理分布、外观性状、显微结构、化学成分以及药用功效等几个方面均有不同。[结论]北、南两种五味子所含的化学成分不尽相同,药效有差别,有效区分两种药材具有重要意义,用HPLC法对五味子和南五味子化学成分可进行定量分析。
[Objective] Discusses the identification of schisandra and south schisandra.[Method]Literature review,from the base source,geographical distribution and appearance,microstructure,chemical composition and other aspects of Schisandra discussed the difference between the two.[Results] schisandra and south schisandra from the base source,the geographical distribution and appearance,microstructure,chemical composition and medicinal properties and other aspects are different.[Conclusion] The north,south Schisandra contains two different chemical components,there are differences in efficacy,the effective distinction between the two medicines is important,and South using HPLC method Schisandra Schisandra chemical composition can be analyzed quantitatively.
