信息技术的高速发展,使人们对图书馆编目人员的工作有了新的认知。作者结合实际工作中的切身感受,探讨了积极阅读,提升编目员自身的素质;阅读进一步改善了编目工作的质量,起到了书读得越多,工作做得越好的效果。
