摘要
目的:探讨中医手法复位治疗肱骨髁上骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2006年1月～2010年1月我院收治的肱骨髁上骨折患者61例,观察组实施中医手法复位联合微创穿针夹板外固定治疗37例,对照组实施闭合复位微创穿针夹板外固定手术治疗24例。结果:参照肩关节Neer功能百分评分方法,两组在疼痛、主动活动能力及活动范围、稳定性及患者自我评价等五个项目上差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治愈率以及好转率明显高于对照组,而其并发症发生率则明显低于对照组。结论:中医手法复位联合微创穿针夹板外固定治疗肱骨髁上骨折具有疗效满意、并发症少,安全可靠等优点,值得临床推广。
Objective： To integrative effect of manual reduction of TCM on supracondylar fracture of humerus.Methods： Clinical data of 61 patients with supracondylar fracture of humerus in our hospital admitted from Jan 2006 to Jan 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.A total of 37 patients in observation group received manual reduction of TCM combined internal fixation by minimally invasive implementation of pinning splints,while patients in control group received closed reduction and internal fixation by minimally invasive implementation of pinning splints.Results： According to Neer scale for shoulder function,there were significant differences in pain,ability and range of active movement,stability,self-evaluation between two groups（P〈0.05）.The cure rate and improvement rate were significantly higher,and the incidence of complication was significantly lower in observation group.Conclusions： Combination treatment of external fixation by minimally invasive needle splints and manual reduction of traditional chinese medicine is effective on supracondylar fracture of humerus.It is of few complications,safe and reliable and worthy to be popularized.
