摘要
对降解游离棉酚的热带假丝酵母菌的发酵动力学进行了研究。通过Logistic方程,以干物质损失量表示生物量,建立了热带假丝酵母菌固态发酵过程中菌体生长、总糖消耗和游离棉酚含量的动力学模型,应用Origin 8.0对实验数据进行处理,得到了热带假丝酵母菌固态发酵的模型参数。动力学分析结果表明,动力学模型与实验数据能较好地拟合,基本上反映了热带假丝酵母菌固态发酵过程。
The fermentation kinetics of the effect of free gossypol on the growth of Candida tropicalis was studied in this paper. Based on the Logistic equation, taking measured dry matter weight loss as estimated biomass, models for microorganism growth, total carbohydrate concentration and the free gossypol content during solid-state fermentation were established. The data were analyzed with the Origin 8.0 software to generate the kinetics parameters of C. tropicalis production with batch fermentation. The results showed the model could fit the experimental data well, and the model provides a reasonable description for the C. tropicalis fermentation process.
