摘要
科技的发展,时代的进步,各种新兴的传播媒介、传播方式在给人们生活带来便捷的同时也给高校的辅导员工作带来了新的机遇与挑战,同时也对高校辅导员适应时代的发展,运用传播媒介提出了新的要求。高校辅导员应从"以学生为本"的角度,灵活运用各种传播媒介,不断提升工作能力,提高工作效率。
Technological development as well as the advance of the time, newly emerging communication media and modes of transmission has brought convenience to our life, and brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the college counselors. It has also set new demand for the application of communication media to adapt the development of the time. From the point of ＂being student-oriented＂, the college counselors should constantly upgrade their working ability and increase their working efficiency by flexible application of all kinds of communication media.
